Being a Licensed Wellcoach gives me the opportunity on a one-on-one powerful approach to helping people make difficult and long lasting improvements to their health, fitness and overall wellness. This is a cost-effective approach for improving confidence, self-esteem and success in every facet of a person’s life. I have also been certified as a personal trainer, lifestyle and weight management consultant, post-rehab conditioning specialist, sports medicine trainer and a certified medical exercise specialist.
